H. Brock Showalter

Brock Showalter is the Executive Partner and co-founder of American Bankruptcy & Debt Relief, PLC.

Brock was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on February 25, 1975. He was admitted to practice at the Arkansas Bar, the U.S. District Court, Western District of Arkansas, the U.S. Court of Appeals, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2001. He is licensed in Arkansas.

Brock received his L.L.M. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2004. He received his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2000. He graduated from Hendrix College in 1996.

Arya A. Adibi

Arya A. Adibi obtained his undergraduate degree from University of Arkansas in Philosophy focusing on law, politics, and religion. Arya achieved his juris doctorate from the Leflar Law Center of the University of Arkansas while graduating early. He is licensed in Oklahoma.

Arya’s experience as owner and manager of business endeavors, as well as, working as a loan officer has given him the insight into the private sector and the interworking of business that are so valuable to a practitioner of the law.

Arya takes personal care of each and every one of his clients and their cases. While demanding that every legal right and interest of his clients be honored and protected under Oklahoma and United States Law.

Jonathan S. Udoka is the Managing Partner and co-founder of American Bankruptcy & Debt Relief, PLC. .

Jonathan was born in Stillwater, Oklahoma. He was admitted to practice at the Arkansas Bar, and the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas in 2012. He is licensed in Arkansas.

Jonathan received his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2012, cum laude.


Sam L. Hall

Sam L. Hall was admitted to practice at the Arkansas Bar, and the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas in 2012. He is licensed in Arkansas.

Sam recieved his J.D. from the University of Arkansas 2012.


Latosha A. W. Crawford

Latosha A. Wilkes (L.A.W.) Crawford is a licensed Christian attorney in Arkansas and Minnesota. She is a woman of integrity, wisdom, and purpose. Her mission is to provide exceptional holistic legal representation to clients and her community. She is licensed in Arkansas State Courts, Arkansas Federal Courts, and Minnesota State Courts.

Latosha received her Bachelors of Arts in English from Clark University in Worcester, MA. Latosha later volunteered with the Victim Witness Advocate Program with the District Attorney's Office and the Mass Housing Project in Springfield, MA. After teaching for two years, Latosha started law school at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where she graduated in just two and half years. After graduating, Latosha worked as an Associate Attorney with the Jones Law Firm, PLLC where she worked on bankruptcies, criminal, family, and civil cases.

Latosha attributes all of her success to Jesus Christ, her family, friends, and supportive husband, Michael. In her spare time she works on volunteer community service projects, attends speaking engagements, dances, and enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband. Latosha also enjoys reading her Bible and serving in ministry in roles such as Praise Dancing, Teaching Vacation Bible School, and Sunday School.
